BlackBerry has finally released their latest flagship smartphone, the BlackBerry KEYone in India. The KEYone from BlackBerry was launched in the international markets in the month of February but the launch of the smartphone was delayed in the other markets such as India. The smartphone was first announced at the MWC in Barcelona. The launch of the smartphone comes as part of the news that the BlackBerry KEYone has become the best-selling smartphone from the company ever since the company re-entered the industry with Android operating systems on their phones.
Talking about the specifications of the smartphone, the BlackBerry KEYone packs a 4.5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1620 x 1080 pixels. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for protection. Under the hood, the device packs in Snapdragon 625 processor hooked on to 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory. In terms of camera, the BlackBerry KEYone has a 12MP rear camera and on the front is an 8MP selfie camera.
As far as the BlackBerry KEYone is concerned, the smartphone has been launched in India in a limited edition all-black color which is not available in the international markets. The BlackBerry KEYone has been launched in India at a price of Rs. 39,990 and the smartphone will be sold in the country exclusively via Amazon India. Talking about Amazon India and BlackBerry, TCL, the company that owns the license to manufacture and distribute BlackBerry smartphones has partnered with Vodafone and American Express to provide exciting offers for Indian customers as part of the launch offers along with the smartphone. This offers include 75GB of data with three months validity on the purchase of BlackBerry KEYone from Vodafone. On the other hand, the users of American Express credit card will get bonus points on purchasing the BlackBerry KEYone.
