OnePlus 5 has been recently released by OnePlus which is the latest flagship smartphone from the company. The OnePlus 5 is also the successor to the OnePlus 3/3T which was released by OnePlus last year. The latest OnePlus smartphone, OnePlus 5 has been launched in the US on June 20 as well as the Indian launch of the OnePlus 5 was scheduled for June 22. OnePlus has been priced for $479 in the US for the 6GB/64GB variant and the 8GB/128GB variant is priced at $539 whereas the smartphone is priced at Rs. 32,999 and Rs. 37,999 respectively. The OnePlus 5 comes with a dual rear camera setup as well as up to 8GB of RAM.

OnePlus has already released many updates to the OnePlus 5 already in the first two weeks after the launch of the phone. The latest update to hit the OnePlus 5 is the OxygenOS 4.5.5. Earlier, OnePlus released the OxygenOS 4.5.2, 4.5.3 & later the 4.5.4 update for the OnePlus 5. The latest update to the OnePlus 5 is around 59 MB in size and the update brings along some improvements to the OnePlus 5. The OnePlus 5, after the update, will have better WiFi connectivity, as well as the update, takes care of optimizing battery performance on the phone as the phone gets the Video Recording capability improvements.
As far as the update is concerned, the company has already released the OTA to all of the OnePlus 5 devices around the world. However, if you have not received the update then you may receive the update in the coming days. Also, you can manually check for updates by going to your settings page on your device. The update, for the OnePlus 5 is not a major one as it comes at around 60MB but the update fixes some critical issues on the device so make sure to download the update as soon as possible.
