Samsung has been preparing to launch the latest version of the Galaxy C7 smartphone which was launched by the company last year. The Galaxy C7 2017 variant has now been spotted at the Chinese certification site, TENAA. The listing of the Galaxy C7 2017 in TENAA give us all the specifications of the Galaxy C7 2017. According to the past rumors, the Galaxy C7 2017 variant was dubbed to come with a dual camera setup on the back and the TENAA listing confirms the fact that the latest Galaxy C7 smartphone will indeed come with a dual camera setup.
Now, as far as the specifications of the smartphone are concerned, the TENAA listing reveals that the Galaxy C7 2017 will feature 5.5-inch FHD display with a resolution of 1080 × 1920 pixels. It will come with the dimensions of 152.4 × 74.7 × 7.9 (mm) and weigh 178gms. There will be two color options: black and gold. Apart from that, the TENAA listing also reveals that the upcoming smartphone from Samsung will be available in two variants of 3GB RAM/32GB memory and 4GB RAM/64GB internal memory at launch. The TENAA listing does not reveal the processor which will be on the smartphone. Thus, it is unclear whether the smartphone will have a Snapdragon 660 processor or the Exynos 7872 chipset as seen from the past rumors.
Interestingly, the dual rear camera setup on the back of the Galaxy C7 2017 will be 13MP + 5MP coupled with 16MP selfie camera. Apart from that, the smartphone will run on the latest version of Android, Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box. As far as the battery capacity on the smartphone goes, the Galaxy C7 2017 will have a 2850mAh battery. As far as the launch of the Galaxy C7 is concerned, there has been no confirmation from Samsung for the potential launch date but as the smartphone has already been listed on TENAA, we could see the launch of the smartphone very soon.
