ASony has launhed a new smartphone in the Indian markets today in its Xperia XA lineup which is the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra. As far as the XA1 Ultra smartphone is concerned, it is the bigger version of the Sony Xperia XA1 smartphone launched by the company earlier. Talking about the price of the Xperia XA1 Ultra, the smartphone will be available in the Indian markets at a price of Rs. 29,990 at launch. To recall, the Sony Xperia XA1 was priced at Rs. 19,990 by the company. As far as the Xperia XA1 Ultra is concerned, the smartphone was first announced at MWC in Barcelona in the end of February and the phone has now made it to the Indian markets as well.
As far as the specifications of the Xperia XA1 Ultra are concerned, the first thing to note is the bigger display than the Xperia XA1. The Xperia XA1 Ultra comes with a 6-inch 1080p screen and a 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 processor coupled with 4 GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which is further expandable by up to 256GB via a micro-SD card slot. The dual-SIM phone runs Android Nougat and supports 4G VoLTE to support the Reliance Jio operations in the country.
In terms of the camera on the smartphone, the Xperia XA1 Ultra has a 23-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection, laser autofocus and LED flash. On the front, it comes with a 16-megapixel camera with Optical Image Stabilisation. In terms of the color options on the Xperia XA1 Ultra, the smartphone will be available in three color options-White, Black and Gold. As far as the availability is concerned, the Xperia XA1 Ultra is now available for buying from across all Sony Centers and major electronic stores across India at a price of Rs. 29,990.
